At Pei.weddings, we offer actual day coordination service for couples who are more hands on with their planning and likely only need guided help along the way. We are responsible for tying up the loose ends, allowing couples to fully assume the role of a bride or groom. Our niche in wedding coordination allows us to build on our coordination expertise, in order to deliver the best to our couples with the experience gained throughout the years.
We also acknowledge that many couples are capable of planning their wedding and thereafter delegate tasks to their entourage for execution. We wish for couples to enter their big day with certainty, knowing that their programme is well thought through. For these couples, our actual day programme consultation service fits like a glove.

Actual Day Coordination
Prior to wedding day
- Min. 3 mos. involvement with lead coordinator
- Understand couple's planning status and requirements
- Share and follow through milestone timeline
- Liaise with vendors on package inclusions and service duration
- Craft and refine wedding day programme
- Generate and review all essential documents
- Conduct briefings and coordinate rehearsals
- Print and manage all necessary admin materials

Actual wedding day
- Involvement of lead coordinator throughout the day
- Involvement of assist. coordinator(s) during solemnisation/banquet reception
- Ensure clockwork coordination of planned programme
- Timekeep key timings e.g. auspicious/non-nego timings
- Assume responsibility of admin materials
- Contact vendors for timely arrival of service/setup/teardown
- Facilitate traditions e.g. fetch the bride/tea ceremony (if any)
- Attend banquet briefing on behalf of couple on wedding day
- Check vendors' deliverables to ensure no discrepancies
- Test and coordinate all audio and visual requirements
- Conduct briefings for emcee(s) and receptionists
- Coordinate rehearsal(s) for couple and performers (if any)
- Stock take of alcohol provisions pre- and post-reception
- Oversee registration process with couple's assigned receptionists
- Distribute parking coupons (if any)
- Facilitate table-to-table phototaking, games and speeches (if any)
- Pack all logistics in the bridal changing room (if any)
- Check accuracy of final billing by venue

- Sourcing of venue(s) and attending pre-wedding shoot(s)/makeup trial(s)/gown fitting(s) sessions etc.
- Management of guest list
- Management of money-related matters
- Management of marriage application
- Crafting of aesthetics-related materials
- Procurement of logistics
- Curation of emcee script(s) and/or hosting of solemnisation, tea ceremony and banquet reception

Actual Day Programme Consultation
- 1.5-hour zoom call to discuss your wedding specifics
- Review of couple's proposed programme by Director before zoom call
- Highlight overlooked items in the proposed programme
- Share important considerations and areas of improvement in general
- Value add to your existing programme, where necessary

Should you decide to engage our actual day coordination service after the consultation session, 100% of the consultation fees will be waived off from the actual day coordination package rate. Valid only for couples with a min. of 3 mos. lead time from the wedding day and slots are subject to availability.
