Prior To your wedding day

Your journey with us begins at least three months before the big day.

Your dedicated lead coordinator will take the time to understand where you are in your planning, then work alongside you to build and follow through a milestone timeline tailored to your wedding.

We liaise directly with your vendors to confirm package inclusions and service durations, craft and refine your wedding day programme, and generate all essential documents for your review.

As your day approaches, we conduct thorough briefings, coordinate any rehearsals needed, and take care of printing and managing every piece of admin, so nothing is left to chance.

On Your Wedding Day

Your lead coordinator will be by your side from start to finish, with assistant coordinators present during both the solemnisation and banquet reception. We keep the programme running like clockwork, holding firm on auspicious and/or non-negotiable timings, chasing vendors for timely arrivals and flawless setup, and stepping in quietly wherever needed.

From facilitating cherished traditions like the bride's fetch and tea ceremony, to attending the banquet briefing on your behalf, briefing your emcee and receptionists, coordinating rehearsals for performers, and overseeing the registration table — every detail is handled with care.

We also manage your audio-visual requirements, conduct a full stock take of alcohol provisions, check vendor deliverables for discrepancies, facilitate table-to-table phototaking, games and speeches, pack the bridal suite at close of night, and verify the accuracy of your final venue billing.

Exclusions to note: This package does not cover venue sourcing, pre-wedding sessions such as shoots/makeup trials/gown fittings, guest list or money-related management, marriage application, the design of aesthetics materials, procurement of logistics, or the curation of emcee scripts and hosting of any ceremony.
